Core Contracting Group set to begin renovation of 349/395 Marlborough St.

Core Contracting Group will undertake the complete renovation of 349/395 Marlborough St consisting of 15 total units. Renovations will include new kitchens and bathrooms, hardwood flooring, new windows and doors and an expanded parking area in the rear of 349 Marlborough St. The project is scheduled to begin in mid January of 2009.
